How does it work?
Step 1 – Answer our questionnaire
Simply take a few minutes to answer a short questionnaire about your travel preferences and what you hope to experience when you visit New Zealand. Cost: FREE
Step 2 – Meet with us online
Our team will review your responses and make a time to meet with you online. Your questionnaire responses will help guide our initial discussion so you can confidently decide whether or not to engage our services. Cost: FREE
Please note that New Zealand is the first country in the world to see the sunrise, so time differences do need to be taken into account when meeting us online.
Step 3 – Review and sign our service agreement
If you decide to proceed, we will send an agreement to review and sign. Once we have received the signed agreement and service fee, we will design a New Zealand travel itinerary for your consideration. Our team will set-up a second online meeting to present the draft itinerary for your input. A final itinerary will be presented to you after this second online meeting. Cost: Dependent on services selected.
NZ arts & culture TOUR PLANNING
Our team are widely travelled and passionate about the arts communities and supporting local creative businesses. We have been the local travel experts when it comes to arts & culture in Aotearoa New Zealand since 2014. We can help you plan a highly personalised, special interest tour of NZ.
Service fee: NZ$100 per day (approx. US$57 per day)
What this includes: Dates inclusive of your NZ arrival date and NZ departure date, listening to your needs – including special interests, budget and special requests, scoping an itinerary that meets your needs, checking availability and details with all recommended hotels, transport providers, activities and local hospitality businesses and venues, presenting an itinerary for your input and approval, up to 2 rounds of changes, proceeding with bookings once the itinerary is approved*
This service fee allows us to offer unbiased advice on accommodation, transport, activities and other inclusions in your itinerary. Should you not be entirely satisfied with our itinerary planning service, we offer a money-back guarantee (terms and conditions apply).

Travel bookings within NZ
We have close relationships with suppliers throughout New Zealand. For special interest itineraries we have planned in collaboration with our direct customers, we also offer a travel booking service.
All bookings made are subject to our standard terms and conditions, including our Service Charges Policy, Cancellation Policy and Change Request Policy (included in our Direct Customer Terms and Conditions).
We aim to always secure the best value for our direct customers and aim to match all rates advertised online at time of booking.

All payments by international visitors must be made in NZ$. Credit card fees and bank transfer fees may apply.
